We are currently looking for an Online Sales Manager who wants to be a part of our journey. We are looking for you who want to be involved in the developing, managing and running of all e-commerce in one of the hospitality industry’s most interesting and innovative hotel products.
You must have knowledge and experience in digital distribution and e-commerce. And also be accustomed working determinedly towards clear sales targets and while not compromise on the online brand experience and marketing. We see a constantly developing of the digital business area as crucial. We als value a deep UX knowledge and insight into Google Analytics. You will be part of the management team and report directly to our Hotel Manager. In addition of developing your area of business to leading industry standards, you are involved in positioning Hobo on the hotel market.
Duties and responsibilities:
Sales, budget and key metrics – strategic planning of Hobo’s digital distribution, including third party channels
Continuous improvement of conversion and usability (UX experience is important)
Identify new features and partners to improve our offer
Close collaboration with the technical team to implement new features, analysis and monitoring

Since we open in March 2017, we are looking for you who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and are driven by being involved in the pre-opening phase of a new hotel. Based on the design of the role you need to be able to switch between a long-term strategic thinking and active daily operational tasks.
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role working with E-Commerce, E-Shop or E-business
- Experience in SEM / SEO and skilled in Google Analytics
- Native English or Swedish – we are an international space
- Preferably have an existing network within hospitality and third party channels
